I made some adjustments to get a better fit.  The dress gets its shaping from four darts and a front panel.  I would highly advise you to baste (tack) the front panel to the sides at the area that curves around the breast.  You are stitching a curved piece to a straight piece, so basting gives you great control; then you can easily machine stitch the two pieces together.

If you look at the bottom (your) left on this dress, I matched up that part of the print in the fabric by pure accident. I couldn't do that again in 1000 years!

The little bolero jacket is my own pattern design.  It is perfect with the dress.

I have found that all of the items I have sewn from this pattern are too big and baggy.  I guess they make them that way so little kids can dress their dolls easier?  I would rather see them fit nicely.

This is a lovely pattern that can be adapted to so many looks.  This time I added a ruffle at the bottom, and cute little buttons along the bodice.  I did the straps in a V shape for this dress.
